Fair place to a fair price.
The place is ok, you don't get strong impressions neither positive or negative. A fair stay in a fair hotel. My budget was < php 2000 and that is what you get.

Comfortable
Room very nice, kingsize bed, nice shower, strong wifi, good airco, helpfull staff, watercooker for the coffee
The breakfast, when we came 5 years ago, maybe the best breakfast of all the hotels we had visit before, so the expectation was very high. But we were surprised that we were alone there. Only 3 menus from which 1 unavailable and not to much good. It was not expensive. Only 220 pesos each.

Worth the money, superb location.
The staff were very accommodating and discrete. The beds were comfy and the bathroom has the basic toiletries. Also, the curtains were heavy and thick enough to block out the light outside. The breakfast was simple but of quality preparation. Also, you can't beat the strategic central location in the heart of Iloilo City. It is located within the city's downtown district, near the heritage buildings and streets.
The bathroom did not have a hair drier. The air conditioning needs updating. At times the AC was too loud. While the Wi-Fi was quite strong, it was not very consistent in other parts of the room. These are just, however, minor conditions. But, largely, this hotel is really worth the money
